By using our website, booking consultations, or receiving treatments, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3) Medical Disclaimer
– Information on this website is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice.
– Results vary between individuals. Photographs/testimonials represent individual experiences only.
– All treatments require a medical consultation and assessment. We may refuse treatment if it is not safe or appropriate.
4) Appointments & Bookings
– Appointments can be made via phone, email, or our Fresha booking platform.
– You agree to provide accurate information when booking.
– Confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
5) Consultation Fees & Deposits
– Some appointments may require a consultation fee or deposit to secure booking.
– Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited towards treatment.
– Failure to attend or cancelling late will result in deposit forfeiture.
6) Cancellations & No-Show Policy
48 hours or more notice → Appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty.
Less than 48 hours’ notice → Deposit is forfeited.
No show → Deposit forfeited and consultation fee may apply.
7) Pre-Treatment Requirements
– All patients must complete a medical assessment before treatment.
– Full disclosure of medical history, medications, and conditions is required.
– Treatments are not provided during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
– You must be 18 years or older (photo ID may be required).
8) Treatment Information
– Effects and results vary between individuals.
– Some treatments may require multiple sessions.
– Temporary side effects (swelling, redness, bruising) may occur.
– Pre- and post-treatment instructions will be provided.
9) Contraindications
Treatment may be refused if:
– Active skin infections or inflammation are present.
– Unrealistic expectations are expressed.
– Psychological or medical contraindications exist (e.g., BDD, autoimmune disorders).
– Allergies to treatment components are identified.
10) Risks & Aftercare
– All treatments involve potential risks and complications.
– Detailed consent forms must be signed before treatment.
– Patients must:
1) Follow aftercare instructions.
2) Attend follow-ups if required.
3) Report any complications immediately.
4) Use sun protection and recommended skincare.

12) Payments
– Payments are required via Fresha, debit/credit card, or approved method.
– All fees are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT unless stated.
– Refunds are not offered for completed treatments.

– Website content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Aesthetic by Maria or licensed for use.
– Patient photographs are only used with explicit consent for clinical or marketing purposes.

You agree to indemnify Aesthetic by Maria, its staff, and affiliates against claims arising from:
– Bookings are managed via Fresha, whose terms also apply.
– Payment processors may have additional terms.
– External website links are for reference only – we are not responsible for their content.
16) Complaints & Disputes
Complaints should be directed to hello@aesthetic-by-maria.com or by phone. Disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17) Force Majeure
